Payment is made directly at the hotel, the card is only used as a guarantee of the reservation. The reservation can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge one night as a penalty. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ACCOMMODATION/APARTMENT:
Bed linen and towels. If the flat is occupied for more than two nights, the bathroom linen will be changed every 2 days and the bedroom linen every 3 days.
Fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, plates, glasses, frying pans, saucepans, coffee set, fridge-freezer and other kitchen utensils. Cleaning set: broom, dustpan, mop, dishcloth, scourer and tea towel (some utensils will be available in the common cleaning room).
Flat consumables: Gel, shampoo, toilet paper.
Ironing board and iron. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the common cleaning room.
Hair dryer. Tourist information and documentation of the area.
STAY OF THE ACCOMMODATION
The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of persons who are to occupy the flat, without omitting children. The management of the flat can legally refuse entry to these undeclared persons.
USE OF ACCOMMODATION
The client and his companions must behave in a civil manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and which causes well-founded complaints from neighbours, will be grounds for immediate vacating the accommodation without refunding the amount paid for the stay.
REST HOURS are from 22:00 to 9:00 every day of the week, being strictly prohibited, during those periods, any activity that disturbs rest.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
The client is obliged to take care of the furnished flat, being responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in it. Apartamentos Turísticos Galitrips A CASA DE LUCHO is not responsible for the personal belongings of the client or the persons accompanying him/her.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES
The timetable for entering the flats will be from 18.00 hours on the day of arrival, and the flats must be vacated before 12.00 hours on the day of departure. In case of not leaving the flat before this time, the management will understand that the stay is extended for another day, unless the management allows the departure time to be modified.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE APARTMENTS
Failure by clients to comply with any of the prohibitions established in these regulations shall entitle the management to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may request the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict users who do not comply with the internal regulations or who attempt to access or remain in the apartments for any purpose other than the normal use of the service.
PROHIBITIONS
It is forbidden to the clients: To introduce furniture into the accommodation or to carry out works or repairs in the same, however small they may be, without written authorisation from the company. To accommodate a greater number of people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set for the accommodation. Carrying out the activity of accommodation in the establishment or using it for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted. Introduce explosive or inflammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to the other occupants of the property. To carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime. It is forbidden to use, without authorisation, devices that significantly alter the consumption foreseen in the supplies. It is forbidden to organise parties. Smoking inside the flats is forbidden. Pets may only be accommodated on prior request to the administrators and with their acceptance.
USERS OBLIGATIONS
To observe the rules of security, coexistence and hygiene. Comply with the rules set out in the internal regulations. Respect the establishment, the equipment and its facilities. In relation to the payment of the price, this must be made by the client at the time of occupation of the flats.
CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT
The flat will be handed over clean and tidy. The client undertakes to respect order and cleanliness.
THEFT
The administration of Galitrips Tourist Apartments keeps a record of the equipment of each flat. A daily count is made of all the equipment in the apartment (towels, kitchenware...). In the event of noticing the lack of any item, the client will be informed and the relevant report will be made to the security forces and bodies.
